(3)烧热3汤匙油,爆香猪肉,加入蒜茸及洋葱 兜炒,加番茄及芡汁料拌匀,煮至稠结,盛深碟内,以锅巴伴食。心得:烤炉要预热1-2分钟后才放入锅巴翻热。
