净母鸡2000克,圆白菜1250克,小泥肠250克(10根),香叶2片,葱头、胡萝卜、芹菜各50克,盐20克。
≮美食做法≯
1、将鸡放入开水2500克,加盐煮熟取出,剁成块状(煮时加芹菜、胡萝卜、葱头)。
2、圆白菜切成橘子瓣形,用鸡汤煮熟,加入香叶,然后把小泥肠整根放入同圆白菜一起煮透。
3、起菜时汤盘内放一块煮鸡、一块煮圆白菜、一根泥肠,盛煮鸡原汤即可。
