【性状】
本品呈椭圆形或卵圆形,长2~5cm,直径1~3cm。表面白色至黄白色, 略粗糙,有环纹及须根痕,顶端有茎痕或芽痕。质坚硬,断面白色,粉性。无臭,味淡 、麻辣刺舌。
【鉴别】
本品横切面:木栓细胞有时残存。内皮层不明显。薄壁组织中散有大型 黏液腔,外侧较大,常环状排列,向中心渐小而少,黏液细胞随处可见,内含草酸钙针 晶束。维管束散列,外韧型及周木型。薄壁细胞含众多淀粉粒。 粉末黄白色。淀粉粒甚多,单粒球形或类球形,直径2~29μm,脐点点状、裂缝状 或人字状;复粒由2~12 分粒组成,以2~4分粒者为多见。草酸钙针晶散在或成束存在 于黏液细胞中,针晶长约至97(136)μm,螺纹、环纹导管直径9~45μm。
【炮制】
生白附子 除去杂质。 制白附子 取净白附子,分开大小个,浸泡,每日换水 2~3 次, 数日后如起黏 沫,换水后加白矾(每100kg白附子 ,用白矾 2kg),泡1日后再进行换水,至口尝微 有麻舌感为度,取出。将生姜片、白矾粉置锅内加适量水,煮沸后,倒入白附子共煮至 无白心,捞出,除去生姜片,晾至六七成干,切厚片,干燥。 每 100kg白附子,用生姜、白矾各12.5kg。 本品为类圆形或椭圆形厚片,周边淡棕色,切面黄色,角质。味淡,微有麻舌感。
【性味与归经】
辛,温;有毒。归胃、肝经。
【功能与主治】
祛风痰,定惊搐,解毒散结止痛。用于中风痰壅,口眼{歪}斜,语 言涩謇,痰厥头痛,偏正头痛,喉痹咽痛,破伤风;外治瘰疬痰核,毒蛇咬伤。
【用法与用量】
一般炮制后用,3 ~6g。外用生品适量捣烂,熬膏或研末以酒调 敷患处。
【注意】
孕妇慎用。生品内服宜慎。
【贮藏】
置通风干燥处,防蛀。
