本课题从发病稚盘鲍动物中分离致病细菌,通过回归感染确定毒性病原菌株;研究了病原菌株的生理生化特性、分类鉴定,以及病原菌对水产养殖常用抗菌素的药敏特性;进行了病原毒性菌株胞外毒性物质的分离纯化,并对病原菌毒素物质的毒性因子进行了初步探讨。

产地及产期: ]分布于我国北部沿海,山东、辽宁产量较多,其中山东的威海、长岛,辽宁的金县、长山岛产量最多。 | |
介绍: 贝壳大,椭圆形,较坚厚。向右旋。螺层 3层,缝合不深,螺旋部极小。壳顶钝,微突出于贝壳表面,但低于贝壳的最高部分。从第二螺层的中部开始至体螺层的边缘,有一排以20个左右凸起和小孔组成的旋转螺肋,其末端的4~5个特别大,有开口,呈管状。壳面被这排突起和小孔分为方部宽大、左部狭长的两部分。壳口卵圆形,与体螺层大小相等。外唇薄,内唇厚.边缘呈刃状。足部特别发达肥厚,分为上、下足。腹面大而平,适宜附着和爬行。壳表面深绿色,生长纹明显。壳内面银白色,有绿、紫、珍珠等彩色光泽。 |
