原料：
瘦猪肉200克，豆芽菜（银芽）250克，姜丝、葱花各适量
辅料：
盐、味精、料酒、淀粉各1小勺
做法：
准备：
1.猪肉冲净、搌干，顺丝切成比豆芽菜粗的丝，用料酒、淀粉，一点点油抓拌匀。
2.豆芽菜用流水漂洗干净，拣除豆皮。
快炒：
1.油烧热，先后放入姜丝、肉丝炒散。
2.肉丝炒到八成熟时放入豆芽菜，炒1—2分钟，豆芽菜稍软时放入盐、味精，翻匀盛出，撒入葱花。
tips：
1.银芽稍微泡一下，流水漂洗，除去豆腥味和化学残留物。为口感比较一致和成菜美观，加工时可掐去两头，只用嫩茎。
2.还可加入几根红尖椒，能在颜色上增进食欲。
