本研究通过单亲遗传的cpDNA限制性片段长度多态性(Polymerase Chain Reaction-RestrictionFragment Length Polymorphism,PCR-RFLP),cpDNA trnK基因和trnS-trnG基因间隔区序列变异,双亲遗传的nrDNA的扩增长度多态性(Amplified FragmentLength Polymorphism,AFLP),以及mtDNA的had2内含子序列信息,对银杏在中国的13个群体,以及日本、欧洲和北美的样品,进行了分子亲缘地理学研究。
