补充资料：绣球黄金虾
原料： 大对虾、鱼茸、银耳、西芹、火龙果、咸蛋黄、蛋清、生粉、调料等。
制作方法： 对虾去头壳，剔去沙筋，调味上浆。鱼茸加盐搅拌上劲，加入水发银耳，制成绣球状上笼蒸熟。西芹焯水批片，摆成莲花形。虾仁过油沥干，原锅下咸蛋黄炒开后倒入虾仁，翻拌均匀后装在“莲花”中央。火龙果切片围边，放上蒸好的“绣球”，淋上玻璃芡即可。
特色： 虾仁金黄油润，绣球色彩雅丽，滋味鲜美。
