[制作流程]
(1)斑节虾去鬚脚,身背直割一刀去肠泥,擦干水份洒上太白粉,以大火油炸熟备用。
(2)将材料2切末以奶油爆香,再放入作法1的虾子拌炒,加入调味料拌炒至收汁即可。
