绵羊和山羊干酪性淋巴结炎（caseous lymphadenitis in sheep and goat ，简称 CLA）也称绵羊和山羊假（伪）结核病（pseudotuberculosis in sheep and goat），是由假（伪）结核棒状杆菌（Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis）引起的一种人畜共患的慢性传染病。

在小儿较多见，可能为肠道原发综合征的一部分，更常见的是由淋巴或血行播散而来，多与胸腔内淋巴结结核或全身粟粒结核病同时存在。临床表现主要为一般的结核中毒症状及局部症状。局部胃肠道症状有恶心、呕吐、腹泻、便秘、腹胀、腹痛等，其中以腹痛为最常见。易被误诊为阑尾炎而手术。全身抗结核治疗。若有肿大淋巴结经内科治疗无效且产生持久性压迫症状时，可考虑外科手术切除。
