主料:梭子蟹、蛤蜊、墨鱼、草虾、干贝
辅料:番茄、西芹、粉丝、洋葱、香菜
调料:盐、葱、姜、蒜、料酒
操作:
1、 先将梭子蟹去壳,切段;墨鱼改刀成圈;草虾洗净肠泥;干贝和蛤蜊分别用开水烫过;粉丝用冷水发开;
2、 锅中放入葱姜蒜末,将梭子蟹和墨鱼分别煸熟;
3、 接着准备砂锅,分别放入洋葱圈、番茄片、粉丝、西芹、干贝、蛤蜊、草虾,以及煸熟的鱿鱼和梭子蟹,再放上一层番茄;
4、 然后加入三小勺盐、少许料酒、葱姜蒜末,以及两个蟹壳;
5、 最后注入冷水至砂锅的4分之3处,就可以上火炖了;
6、 先大火,后小火,炖10到15分钟,最后加些香菜,稍微焖一会儿即可
