三疣梭子蟹 Portunus trituberculatus 十足目短尾次目梭子蟹科梭子蟹属的一种。因头胸甲呈梭形而胃、心区背面又有3个疣突而得名。又称蝤蛑。产于中国、日本和朝鲜等地。前侧缘斜拱形,有9个锐齿,后缘末端有一刺。第四(末)对步足的掌节与指节似桨状,为游泳足。雄性的腹部呈长三角形,雌性成体的腹部近圆形。 三疣梭子蟹栖于近岸水深7~100米的软泥、砂泥底石下或水草中。在海底缓慢地爬行或游动。有夜出觅食的习性,有明显的趋光性。可用灯火诱捕。其体色随周围环境而变异。杂食性,喜食动物尸体。三疣梭子蟹卵巢可供作上等调味品。肉除鲜食外,还可制作罐头。壳可作药材用,又可提取甲壳质,广泛用于多种工业。为中国最重要的海产蟹。
