纯子，原名周以纯，山东金乡人。中共党员。1984年毕业于辽宁大学中文系。1969年参加工作，历任鞍钢炼铁厂工人、团总支书记，鞍钢团委宣传部干事、办公室副主任，鞍钢工会宣传部干事及文联秘书长、副主席、宣传部副部长，政工师。1979年开始发表作品。1993年加入中国作家协会。著有诗集《钢铁奏鸣曲》(合作)、《冶炼太阳》，诗文选集《骚动的青春》，散文集《纯子散文》，长诗《中国，第三十五个生日》、《第一座塑像》，民间叙事长诗《莲花女》、《来鹤亭》等10部。
