In order to establish the early stage screening system of maize salt tolerance,three inbreed lines were selected,including Dan 340,Mo17,and TL94B,10 concentration grads of NaCl stress experiments were carried out indoors by sand cultivation in this research.
耐盐性鉴定是植物耐盐分子育种的重要环节,为了建立玉米耐盐性鉴定的早期筛选体系,选用了丹340,Mo17和TL94B 3个自交系,设置了10个NaCl浓度梯度,并通过室内沙培盐胁迫处理实验,对出苗率、6天株高、10天株高、14天株高、地上部和根系鲜重等性状进行了考察。

1、工作原理：本机座平面上有一个主动轴和四个从动轴托起筛箱，转动的曲轴带动筛箱作回转运动。形成多方位的贯力。使物料在筛网面上翻滚，移动。在每层网架与流料板之间装有网孔式托板及弹球，避免网孔堵塞。筛箱内的网架及流料板与平面相对为斜面，引导筛选物料移动方向，使粗、细物料自动流入下层网面或自动排出。
