Middle-selection is a necessary step in the course of graduate students cultivating,it is a important method to insure and improve cultivating quality,as well as a index to check whether graduate students middle-selection,so we need build proper estimated system,develop diverse estimated system,in the hope of isolating graduate students and improving cultivating quality.

In order to establish the early stage screening system of maize salt tolerance,three inbreed lines were selected,including Dan 340,Mo17,and TL94B,10 concentration grads of NaCl stress experiments were carried out indoors by sand cultivation in this research.
