原料:
油麦菜300克,蒜末20克。
辅料:
盐、味精各适量。
做法:
准备:油麦菜择洗干净,切成6_7厘米长的段。
快炒:油烧热,放入油麦菜,加入味精和盐,炒到油麦菜碧绿关火,放入蒜末。
tips:
油麦菜炒软烂了不好吃,所以宁可欠点火也不能过火。
