The quadratic regression equations of broken rate affected by the cutter s working parameters,including rotate speed of cutter,harvester forward speed,knife number,cutter obliquity,cutting angle and knife-edge angle,are established using the method of quadratic regression orthogonal rotatable design.
利用二次回归正交旋转设计的方法,建立了不同工况下甘蔗收割机切割器的工作参数:切割速度、前进速度、刀片数量、刀盘倾角、刀片刃角和切割角对工作性能指标破头率影响的二次回归方程,在此方程的基础上,考虑切割器工作参数对破头率的影响,建立了参数优化数学模型,采用约束变尺度法,实现了切割器工作参数的优化,降低了破头率,最后通过实验进行了验证。

To reduce the waste of incising power for the sugarcane cutter and satisfy with need of the lower broken biennial root rate,in the paper,experimental study was done through four factors and two indexes(incising power and broken biennial root rate)for rotating speed of cutter,harvester forward speed,cutter obliquity,knife-edge angle on test-bed of double sugarcane cutters.
为了减少甘蔗切割器的切割功率耗损、切割损失并满足切割甘蔗破头率小的要求,在双刀盘甘蔗切割试验台上,通过对刀盘转速、台车行走速度、刀盘前倾角、刀片刃角进行四因素与二指标(切割功率、破头率)进行试验研究,采用二次回归旋转组合设计、综合平衡法等分析方法,得出四因素的优化值下切割功率与破头率最小。
