In order to improve survival rate of walnut grafted,comparison of new shoot increments and cost were made between seedling grafting,bud grafting and green branch grafting of walnut.

The environmental temperature and humidity in wound curing period lasting 15 d, and the survival rate were investigated, by batchwise square bud grafting during walnut growing period from July to October.
在核桃生长期7至10月分批进行方块芽接,调查15 d愈合期内的环境温度、湿度及嫁接成活率,并进行X2检验,结果表明核桃生长期芽接适宜的愈活期环境温度是22-30℃,湿度为85％以上。

The experiment of castanea mollissima bud grafting is conducted in spring and autumn,including different time of the grafts,the influence of survival rates in pruning rootstock at different period to spring grafting and in unwrapping at different period to autumn grafting.
春季和秋季进行板栗芽接试验,分别测验不同嫁接时间、春季嫁接不同时间剪砧和秋季嫁接不同时间解绑对嫁接成活率的影响,结果为:嫁接时间对板栗芽接成活率具极显著影响,秋季嫁接成活率高于春季嫁接成活率,在恩施秋季最适宜的芽接时间为9月上旬嫁接;剪砧时间对板栗嫁接成活率影响显著;解绑时间对板栗秋季芽接成活率影响不显著,影响接穗发芽率和发芽时间。
