In order to explore the main factors that effects the survival rate of Walnut bud grafting in open air, it conducts test and study on Walnut bud grafting in open air techniques during the period of 2000—2002.
为了探索影响核桃露地芽接成活的主要因素,于2000—2002年开展了核桃露地芽接技术的试验研究,结果表明:核桃最适宜芽接的时期为6月份,采取对一年生砧木苗在发芽前进行平茬、在新梢上嫁接、雨季嫁接在接后5~7d复绑、干旱时在接前3~5d对苗圃浇水等措施可明显提高芽接成活率,而早实和晚实品种的嫁接成活率则无明显差异。

In order to improve survival rate of walnut grafted,comparison of new shoot increments and cost were made between seedling grafting,bud grafting and green branch grafting of walnut.
为了提高核桃嫁接成活率,在不同试验点最适宜的肥水条件下,对核桃子苗嫁接、芽接、绿枝接的成活率、新梢生长量及成本进行对比研究。

"T" typed bud grafting experiments on 9 introduced Citrus paradise varieties and 3 stock species were respectively conducted in the summer and autumn,and the healing process was observed by checking the callus growth status.
以引进的9个葡萄柚品种为接穗,采用带木质部的“T”形芽接法,分别在夏季和秋季进行3种砧木的嫁接试验,结果表明:嫁接后的第8天为愈伤组织开始产生时间,芽片上部愈合比下部愈合早;9个葡萄柚品种中,4,6,7,8#以本地酸柚为砧木愈合最佳;夏季嫁接的9#品种与3种砧木的愈合均较好,而秋季嫁接的9#品种以枳壳和美国酸橙为砧木的愈合最好;1,2,3,5#与3种砧木的愈合均属一般,但与另两种砧木相比较,本地酸柚是1,2,3#品种较为适宜的砧木。

The environmental temperature and humidity in wound curing period lasting 15 d, and the survival rate were investigated, by batchwise square bud grafting during walnut growing period from July to October.
在核桃生长期7至10月分批进行方块芽接,调查15 d愈合期内的环境温度、湿度及嫁接成活率,并进行X2检验,结果表明核桃生长期芽接适宜的愈活期环境温度是22-30℃,湿度为85%以上。
