指病原体致病力的强弱程度,是量的概念。各种病原体的毒力不同,并随宿主不同及环境条件变化而异;同种病原体也常因型或株的不同而毒力有差异。常用半数致死量(LD50)或半数感染量(ID50)表示。构成毒力的病原体一般有侵袭力和毒素两个方面。
