By analyzing the results of the experiment on 40 parents of hybrid rice in the fields on their different sowing days,it was concluded that the effective accumulative temperatures below 26℃were closely correlated to the days from seeding to heading of hybrid rice parents,accumulative temperatures above 26℃ were ineffective,and days from seeding to heading were unable to be curtailed.
水稻的各生长发育阶段都需要相对稳定的有效积温,通过对40个杂交水稻亲本播期试验结果的分析,确认26℃以下的有效积温(即实效积温)与杂交水稻亲本的播始历期密切相关,而大于26℃的积温是无效的,不能缩短播始历期。

In this study, we chosen Chinese parents of japonica rice as materials and used SSR markers to construct their DNA fingerprints.
本研究以我国粳稻亲本为材料,利用SSR标记对其DNA进行多态性分析,筛选出稳定性好、多态性高的SSR标记,用来构建骨干不育系和恢复系以及常规稻SSR指纹图谱数据库,为粳稻新品种保护及真实性鉴定提供技术支持。
