Take some parents of hybrid rice such as Nanhui 175wxR,Xianghui 288wxR,Minghui 86wxR,Shuhui 527wxR,Minghui 63wxR,II-32wxB,Longtepu wxB and D62wxB which had induced waxy gene as the material,and the characteristics of endosperm of their inbred descendant were studied by net eyes.
以杂交稻亲本胚乳糯质基因突变体南恢175wxR、湘恢288wxR、II-32wxB、明恢86wxR、蜀恢527wxR、明恢63wxR、龙特浦wxB以及D62wxB为材料,肉眼鉴定其自交后代胚乳性质,结果发现诱变糯质基因wx发生回复突变(即胚乳性质由糯质回复突变为非糯质),回复突变频率为0～6。

Parents of Indica hybrid rice,"TeA","Peiai64S" and "9311",were sprayed with MeJA(methyl jasmonate) and MeJA+BA(6-benzyl adenine)before spikelet opening,with natural water as the control treatment and response of the rice to the treatments analyzed.
以清水为对照,于颖花开放前对杂交籼稻亲本"特A"、"培矮64S"和"9311"喷施MeJA(茉莉酸甲酯)和MeJA(茉莉酸甲酯)+BA(6-苄基腺嘌呤),比较两处理对颖花开放的调控差异。

By analyzing the results of the experiment on 40 parents of hybrid rice in the fields on their different sowing days,it was concluded that the effective accumulative temperatures below 26℃were closely correlated to the days from seeding to heading of hybrid rice parents,accumulative temperatures above 26℃ were ineffective,and days from seeding to heading were unable to be curtailed.
水稻的各生长发育阶段都需要相对稳定的有效积温,通过对40个杂交水稻亲本播期试验结果的分析,确认26℃以下的有效积温(即实效积温)与杂交水稻亲本的播始历期密切相关,而大于26℃的积温是无效的,不能缩短播始历期。
