原料:黄瓜250克,青柿椒200克,小葱1根。
调料:清油、精盐、面酱、酱油、味精适量。
制法:
1.将青柿椒去蒂、去籽,洗净切成片,将黄瓜洗净切成斜片,葱洗净切碎。
2.用开水烫一下青柿椒,捞出沥干。
3.坐锅点火,锅热后倒入少许清油,待油热后,将青柿椒倒入,再倒入面酱、葱末,煸炒一会儿,把黄瓜片倒入,放少许精盐,烹酱油,加味精适量,颠炒后出勺。
特点:清脆适口。
