补充资料:菠萝黄耳
原料:黄耳、菠萝、青瓜、红萝卜(装饰用)、少量橄榄油、盐、白糖等。
做法:
1提前2-3小时将黄耳用清水浸泡,待其完全浸开后,切块备用。菠萝切成大粒状,青瓜切片备用。
2把黄耳、菠萝及青瓜放入锅内,加少量橄榄油、盐和白糖调味,煮约1-2分钟即可上碟。
