Different bolting characters among 6 spring Chinese cabbage varieties are observed with 4 cultivating modes.
综合比较了6个品种和4种栽培方式对春大白菜抽薹性的影响,试验结果表明:不同品种之间的抽薹性存在着较大的差异,强春、良庆的耐抽薹性最强,未熟抽薹率都为0;对照品种丰抗80的耐抽薹性最差,未熟抽薹率最高,达83。

以抗抽薹春大白菜新品种“冠春”正反交及其亲本为试材,通过萌动种子人工春化处理,研究了其春化和遗传特性。
补充资料:蟹黄大白菜
原料:
螃蟹500克、白菜750克、小麦面粉25克、黄酒15克、味精5克、盐10克、猪油(炼制)75克。
做法:
1. 将螃蟹洗净,蒸熟,待凉后去壳,取出蟹黄(蟹肉留作他用);
2. 白菜择洗干净,直切成长12厘米、宽2厘米的块;
3. 炒锅放在微火上,下熟猪油烧至五成热,放入白菜块过油2分钟;
4. 待柔软后将油滗去,冲入奶汤(750克),用微火煨20分钟,倒入汤盘中;
5. 炒锅放在旺火上,舀入熟猪油烧热,放入面粉研至乳白色时,将煨好的白菜块连汁倒入,加入精盐、味精调匀,稍烩片刻;
6. 先将白菜块捞入汤碗中,用筷子逐块理成条状,摆齐,再在锅内汤汁中加入蟹黄、黄酒略烩,倒在白菜上即成。
特色:
奶汤咸鲜,此菜色泽乳白缀黄,嫩软润滑,清甜鲜美,富有营养。
