在模拟软件中,建立带压边圈的杯形件拉延模具模型,设杯形件材料为弹塑体本构模型,考虑厚度的应力、应变变化,通过数值模拟拉延成形,在不同压下位移时,求得凹模圆角处及附近的板料厚度截面等效应变、等效应力以及厚度变化值的分布;在此基础上,对压下位移不同阶段的凹模圆角成形区及附近区域的应力、应变值进行分析,其数值分别沿凹模圆角由外径向内径方向数值增大;另外得出在不同位置厚度发生变化曲线。
