The IRGA(infrared gas analyzer) research methods were carried out to measure soil respiration and fine root respiration in three different complex ecosystems ((Betula luminifera+ Hemarthria compressa, Betula luminifer + Pleioblastus amarus, Betula luminifer) in converting farmlands to forest in Sichuan basin in Hong-Ya county (29°24′N, 102°49′E) in this article.
本研究采用动态密闭气室法(IRGA)对四川盆周西缘(眉山市洪雅县)三种主要退耕还林还草模式(模式1:光皮桦木+扁穗牛鞭草,模式2:光皮桦木+苦竹,模式3:光皮桦木+自然草)进行原位土壤呼吸和离体细根呼吸测量,并对土壤呼吸、细根呼吸呈现的时间、空间动态进行研究,分别从大气温度、土壤温度、土壤含水量、土壤理化性质、细根生物量、细根氮含量等方面与土壤呼吸、细根呼吸的动态变化进行相关性分析,深入研究在退耕还林地这一特殊的复合生态系统的生态过程,为退耕还林模式的可持续经营提供科学依据。
