性质:又称水击。水(或其他液体)输送过程中,由于阀门突然开启或关闭、水泵突然停车等原因,使流速发生突然变化,同时压强产生大幅度波动的现象。由水锤产生的瞬时压强可达管道中正常工作压强的几十倍甚至于数百倍。这种大幅度压强波动,可导致管道系统强烈振动,噪声,并可能破坏阀门接头。对管道系统有很大的破坏作用。为防止水锤需正确设计管道系统,防止流速过高,一般设计管子流速应小于3m/s,并需控制阀开、闭速度。
