性质:用于硫化轮胎的模型,一般分为活络模型和两半模型两种。活络模型是根据轮胎花纹不同等份情况,将轮胎胎面部分模型分成若干扇形模块,各扇形模块可沿导环内侧斜面上下滑动,作径向张开和合拢,当合拢后即与上下胎侧模构成一完整的轮胎模腔的模型。通常应用于子午线轮胎。活络模型一般有圆锥形导向和锥平面导向等结构形式。圆锥形导向即导环内侧面与扇形模块合拢后的外侧面为圆锥体,其扇形模块在合拢过程中与导环面呈线接触,易造成局部磨损,但制造难度较小。锥平面导向即导环内侧面与扇形模块合拢后的外侧面为锥形多面体,其扇形模块在合拢过程中与导环面呈面接触,滑动面接触正常,但制造难度较大。两半模型是将轮胎模型以轮胎断面的中心为分型面,均分为上下两块模块构成一完整轮胎模腔的模型。通常适用于斜交轮胎,对于花纹深度较浅的子午胎也可采用。
