GuPool一uhuoehuong guolu鼓泡流化床锅炉(bubbling fluidized bedboiler,BFBB)采用鼓泡流化床燃烧技术的锅炉效率一般为75%~85%。当采用飞灰再循环系统时,热效率可进一步提高。向床内加人石灰石脱硫,当Ca/S)2时可达8。%的脱硫效率。排烟中NOx含量小于300 mg/m“(标态干烟气,02一6%);负荷调节范围可从100%到30%。 发展简况鼓泡床锅炉自60年代开始应用于工业实际,并从工业锅炉发展到电站锅炉,最大容量已达到120 MW〔美国明尼苏达州黑狗(BLACK D(X二)电站〕;中国在1965年建成第一台燃烧油页岩的14t/h鼓泡床锅炉,迄今运行台数较多,但容量均较小,多在3乒t/h以下,最大容量为220 t/h。因鼓泡床锅炉大型化受到床面积的限制,且埋管磨损影响运行可靠性.故在电站锅炉领域内已让位于循环流化床锅炉。炉,又称鼓泡床锅炉或沸腾锅炉。 墓本结构鼓泡床锅炉炉膛分为下部密相区和上部悬浮段两部分,密相区内颗粒浓度稠密,其料层高度一般为1.0~1.4m(对应静止料层高度为0.5~0.7m),密相区以上的颗粒浓度较低的炉膛空间称为悬浮段,位于炉膛底部的布风装1则包括布风板、风帽和隔热层。由鼓风机送来的空气,经风道进人风室,风室起着稳压和预分流的作用,以把空气均匀地送人风帽,风帽一般按等边三角形均匀分布在布风板上,从风帽小孔以40~50m/s流速喷出的空气进人炉内密相区,以建立良好的鼓泡流化状态。通常将布风板沿炉宽方向设计成几个分床,以利于分床点火起动和分床压火调节负荷。每个分床的布风板上设有排渣口.当人炉煤最大粒径在10mm左右时,密相区的流化速度一般采用3~4.sm/s。由于密相区内的燃尽份额和放热量相对较大(一般达3/4左右),为控制正常床温(800~95oC),必须布置较多的受热面以吸引相应的部分热量。为此,一般必须采用密排的水平或倾斜布置的蒸发受热面管束(也有的埋人过热器管束)。管上焊有防磨鳍片。炉膛上部的悬浮段四周布置水冷壁管,悬浮段的烟气流速为2~3.sm/s,高度一般应使小于0.5 mm的细颗粒的停留时间达到3一45.鼓泡床锅炉的过热器、省煤器和空气预热器的布置与层嫩炉或煤粉炉基本相同。给煤设备多采用螺旋给煤机.鼓泡流化床的基本结构如图所示。
