In order to make the decision adjusted to the practice, this paper presents new fuzzy theory for sequential decision for irrigation mode in canals and wells irrigation district; this theory can help rational using the limited water resources.
为使渠井灌区地表、地下水联合调度决策与实际结合更紧密,合理利用水资源,建立了灌溉序贯多指标模糊决策理论,提出考虑时段指标变权重的渠井灌区灌溉方式选择的多指标模糊关系优选模型,并进一步提出确定多指标变权重的主客观结合法。
