According to "Standard for Classification and Flood Control of Water Resources and Hydroelectric Projects"(SL252-2000) and "Classification & Design Safety Standard of Hydropower Projects"(DL5180-2003), the standard of Spillway Design Flood for first chop large scale earth and rockfill dam must be Probable Maximum Flood, or recurrence interval of ten thousand years.
根据《水利水电工程等级划分及洪水标准》SL252—2000和《水电枢纽工程等级划分及设计安全标准》DL5180—2003中的规定,对于一级大型土石坝,应以可能最大洪水(PMF)或重现期10000年作为校核洪水标准。
