In order to make the decision adjusted to the practice, this paper presents new fuzzy theory for sequential decision for irrigation mode in canals and wells irrigation district; this theory can help rational using the limited water resources.

In the light of the problems existing in well-canal combination irrigated area such as the recession of groundwater and the shortage of usable water quantity, this paper advances various methods that were used for several years for the well-balanced adjustment on water resources.
