性质：烘干火柴梗设备。由链网、传动机构、暖风系统和保温箱体组成。网板在烘箱内组成封闭链，沿机体纵向循环运行。湿梗由机头部进入烘箱，连续且均匀地铺置于网板上，随网板逐渐向机尾运动。由蒸汽热交换器加热的热空气从网板底部吹向梗枝，将其烘干。干梗从机尾部的出料口排出。此机的优点是烘箱内温度容易控制，且没有烟气熏染，使梗枝保持洁白，干燥均匀，使用安全。弱点是生产效率低，能源消耗较大。
