应用：
应用于液体食品（乳品、果汁）的无菌包装，包装材料采用3－5层PE共挤膜，室温下，产品保质期常温下30-90天。可省去低温冷藏的费用。
工作原理：
无菌包装机与UHT杀菌机直接连接。
包装材料通过展膜装置输送到双氧水槽中，通过双氧水浸泡方式对包材进行杀菌。通过刮板、紫外灯照射除去残留在包材上的双氧水。
包材进入灌装室完成袋成型，灌装，及封口等工作。
生产过程中灌装室始终喷射无菌空气以保证其正压。
