Considering the reverse characteristics of water level of boiler drum, a predictive PID control strategy is used to the three impulses control system of water level of boiler drum, that is, PID control is used in inner loop to overcome water supplying disturbance of control path and predictive PI is used in outer loop to attenuate the disturbance because of changing of steam flow rate.
