性质:由具有两种或两种以上纤维的混杂层铺叠而成的复合材料,基体一般为高聚物,是混杂复合材料的一种。这种混杂形式又称A型混杂。混杂层可以是异种纤维编织的织物或排置的无纬布。由于混杂纤维束制备工艺复杂,很少采用。层内混杂复合材料除具优异力学性能外,特别是由于异种纤维间互相分散的程度增大,彼此制约的能力增强因而抗裂纹扩展性能更好。层内混杂复合材料的成型方法同一单一纤维复合材料,固化工艺条件取决于所用的高聚物基体。该种混杂复合材料的混杂层制作比较复杂。
