In debugging circuit breaker,the authors find out that some measures as increasing the initiative pressure soundly and adjusting the opening-spring stretch length properly to reduce the augment of closing velocity,or raising the ratio of initiative pressure of moving contact to closing velocity by decreasing the closing velocity can effective.
在断路器调试过程中发现:适当增加动触头初始压力,同时适当调整分闸弹簧预拉伸长度以降低合闸速度上升,或适当降低合闸速度,提高动触头初始压力与合闸速度的比值,另外,加强生产过程工艺质量控制,提高传动零件加工与装配精度,改进装配工艺,也能起到同样效果,可以有效减少合闸弹跳时间。
