In this paper,the average settlement,differential settlement,axial force of pile,stress of cushion cap and so on of the Conflict factory column s pile foundation have been analyzed through the method from Poulos and Boussinesq theory to count the pile-soil system and the Reissner thick plank theory to calculate the cushion cap.
