本文在详细归纳了国内外学者对高大模板支撑体系、爬模施工技术、施工过程模拟分析等方面研究进展,系统介绍了法门寺合十舍利塔建筑、结构设计的新颖之处,并列出了施工过程中的难点与特点,对以下几个方面进行了研究:(1)针对穹顶结构的支撑体系,设计分别采用扣件式、碗扣式、安德固支架的支撑体系三套方案,通过比较研究发现:采用扣件式、碗扣式、安德固支架都可以满足架体安全的要求;扣件式模板支架的应用较广泛,租用价格较低,但其搭设速度较慢,不能满足本工程工期的要求;碗扣式模板支架和安德固模板支架都能满足工期的要求,但安德固支架搭设速度更快,受力更合理,本项目最终确定安德固支架作为穹顶结构的模板支撑体系。
