热胀 热胀   病证名。因湿热之气壅滞于中所致的腹胀满。见《兰室秘藏·诸腹胀大皆属于热论》。因伤于酒湿面及膏粱厚味,或食已便卧,使湿热之气不得施化所致。《证治汇补·胀满章》:“热胀宜清,诸腹胀大皆属于热,因湿热之气不得施化,壅滞于中而成腹胀者,宜以苦寒药治之。若脾气不宣,郁而成火吞酸,吞酸渐成胀满者,用药宜刚中带柔,连理汤主之。”《医学准绳·六要》:“有火盛阴虚,热乘血分者,其腹虽胀而不甚大,按之益坚,小便黄赤,大便秘涩,其脉数实细小,不可误作湿食治。盖消导则阴愈伤;去湿则津愈涸,宜用苦寒之药,如当归龙荟丸加胡连之类。”或选用分消丸、厚朴七物汤等。参见胀病条。
