ADAMS is the most famous virtual prototype analysis software,a parametric model of clamp mechanism was established by ADAMS,then the design variables of the model are studied to find out the more sensitive,variables to the mechanical capability finally.
ADAMS是目前著名的虚拟样机分析软件,笔者应用ADAMS建立了夹紧机构的参数化模型,并对模型各设计变量进行设计研究,找出对机构性能影响较大的变量,最后对模型进行优化设计,确定模型的最佳结构。

笔者设计的夹具是用于在卧式铣床上对于凸轮轴铣半圆键槽的专用夹具,主要由夹具体、定位元件(V型块)、夹紧元件(压板)、夹紧机构(斜楔联动夹紧)等组成。
