In this paper,by introducing the homomorphism in algebra and "coarse" in physics into consisting bases of the amino acid synonymy codon,these concepts of σ-, τ-and στ are presented for nucleotide components of amino acids in protein,and the numerical description method of relating amino acid characteristic sequences in proteins is given.

In this paper, a new set-representing method, depicting function method, is presented, and set-operations under the method is discussed.

This method maps set into depicting number which depicts nature feature of the set, changes set-opera t ions into simple numerical operations, and savcs the storage space.
