病名。亦称Innes ,Williams综合征、原发性输尿管反流综合征、巨大输尿管-膀胱综合征。系膀胱输 尿管反流 导致输尿管内压增高并扩张,肾盂扩张,肾实质受压,引起反流性肾病。还可增加尿路感染 的机会。见于先天性异常,如原发性反流(因膀胱三角区和Bell肌肉肌力减退),输尿管畸 形(重复、囊肿、异位开口、裂孔);继发性反流有下尿路梗阻,神经性膀胱,膀胱炎症,医 源性(吻合术后),其他(异物、结核)。返流本身可无症状,但常反复尿路感染。出现尿频、 尿急、尿痛、发热、腰痛、下腹痛、脓尿、血尿等。可发生积脓,肾周围炎和脓毒血症。尿 化验有红、白细胞,脓细胞,菌落增多,培养出致病菌。膀胱镜检查及膀胱造影,有助于诊 断。宜病因治疗,防治感染,对症处理,必要时手术。及时恰当治疗,预后良好。
