  亦称“D型超声诊断法”。是应用多普勒效应超声探测血液流动和脏器活动的方法。此法可获得因回声频率变化(即多普勒效应)的信号音图、曲线图及多普勒图像。可对血流听诊、测速,获得横断面、纵剖面及侧面投影图。超声心动图可确切显示心脏某一指定部位血流速、向性数据。其最大优点为无损伤、操作简便、迅速、便于重复应用。
