With the equipment simulating the bottom pivot at a proportion 1:10, we did some experiments to compare some metal-matrix materials with solid lubricant embedded to the materials used in the bottom pivot at present The results showed that materials with solid lubricant embedded had better properties in friction and wear behavior.
本文通过对人字门底枢工况进行1:10模拟的台架试验,分析比较了几种镶嵌型金属基复合材料:38CrMoAlA基镶嵌复合材料和大连三环公司的铜基镶嵌复合材料FZ5(3),为了便于比较把人字门底枢现行材料38CrMoAlA和QT500-7 也加入了试验。
