The system composed of diffuse silicon piezoresistance sensors,signal processing circuits,a data acquisition card(DAQ) and a computer etc,supported by corresponding software,can show multipoint pressure values and alarm (when unusually condition was occurred) in image way in time.

The silicon pressure resistor sensor has the advangtages of compactness,high sensitivity and rapid response.

When it is applied in the surroundings whose temperature change range is large,although hardware temperature compensation is done in the diffusible silicon pressure transducer,its zero shift quantity change largely along with the temperature change.
