【制法】
取槟榔片,置锅内,照清炒法(附录Ⅱ D),炒至焦黄色。
【性状】
本品呈类圆形薄片,直径1.5~3cm,厚1~2mm。表面焦黄色,可见大 理石样花纹。质脆,易碎。气微,味涩、微苦。
【鉴别】
(1) 本品粉末焦黄色。内胚乳细胞极多,多破碎,无色,完整者呈不 规则多角形或类方形,胞间层不甚明显,直径56~112μm,壁厚6~11μm,纹孔较多, 甚大,类圆形或矩圆形,直径8~19μm。外胚乳细胞呈类方形、类多角形或作长条状, 直径40~72μm,壁厚约8μm,孔沟可察见,胞腔内大多数充满红棕色至深棕色物。种皮 石细胞呈纺锤形,多角形或多条形,直径24~64μm,壁厚5~12μm,淡黄棕色,纹孔少 数,裂缝状,有的胞腔内充满红棕色物。螺纹及网纹导管偶见,直径8~16μm。 (2) 照槟榔项下的[鉴别](2) 项试验,显相同的结果。
【性味与归经】
同槟榔。
【功能与主治】
消食导滞。用于食积不消,泻痢后重。
【用法与用量】
3~9g。
【贮藏】
同槟榔。
