According to the landscape types,surface gradient ditch density,soil errosion module of topographic factors and the proportion factors of the land consumption for farming,forestry and husbandry in Bin County,this paper drew a conclusion for the optimization model and a set of complete,realistic planning target, quota and parameters of treatment and development in all these typical areas.

Based on dividing the typical areas of the small watersheds,according to the natural conditions and social-economic situations, the model small watersheds were selected and studied in each typical area.
