风疹病毒
rubella virus

为RNA病毒,多呈球形,直径50~70nm。核心为单链RNA,核壳体呈螺旋状结构。病毒最外层有脂蛋白的包膜,包膜表面有短的刺突。病毒的抵抗力不强,对热很敏感,乙醚、氯仿能使之灭活。风疹病毒仅有一个血清型。
