班氏定性试验
用于检查尿糖的一种方法。班氏试剂主要为碱性的硫酸铜溶液。因葡萄糖含有醛基，在加热的碱性溶液中，能将二价铜还原为一价铜而出现红色沉淀。其方法为取蓝色的斑氏试剂1ml，置试管中，加热煮沸(试剂仍为澄清方可应用），再加尿液0.1ml(2滴）煮沸1～2分钟冷却后观察结果。用不同符号表示。正常人因摄入葡萄糖过多或因精神激动，可出现暂时性糖尿。糖尿病及肾性糖尿病人定性试验阳性。但应注意服用某些药品，如柳酸盐类，有时可出现尿糖假阳性反应。
